We stand behind the quality of every installation and repair we carry out. All APS workmanship is backed by a 12-month workmanship guarantee.
If a fault occurs as a direct result of our workmanship within that period, we'll return to inspect it and, where applicable, rectify the issue at no cost to you.
Any parts we supply that fail under warranty will be replaced in accordance with the manufacturer's warranty terms, with no charge for the replacement part where covered.
Manufacturer Guarantees
New boilers supplied and installed by APS are covered by the manufacturer's guarantee, which can be up to 10 years, depending on the boiler make, model and installation requirements.
We install and register manufacturer warranties correctly so you receive the full guarantee available for your chosen boiler.
