For gas emergencies, open windows, do not use electrical switches and call the national gas emergency line on 0800 111 999 before contacting us for heating repairs once the supply is safe.

Switch off electrics in affected areas if water is near sockets or appliances. Place buckets under active leaks and photograph damage for insurance if appropriate.
